Today's challenge, hearts and flowers, was a good one for a 70th birthday card for my aunt. She loves flowers. And I got to use orange on her card because she loves orange too! I started with this pretty card front digi from STAMPlorations and I wanted to cut out a big 70 out of this fuzzy "paper" that I got from MFT. I die cut the zero using oval dies. Then I used my ScanNCut to cut out a 7 and traced it onto the back of the "paper" to fussy cut the 7. I stenciled hearts around the pretty flowers, but that wasn't enough hearts, so I found a heart sequin to add to. I grabbed a printed card base from a box of blank notecards and kind of doodled on all the polka dots with a black glaze pen to add some more interest. There's a lot of fun stuff to touch on this card. I hope my aunt thinks this card is as special as I think she is!
Oh, this is fabulous! I am so glad my challenge was a help in making this special card for you Aunt! AND you just reminded me that my turns 80 in a few days and I haven't made her card yet!

This is awesome. Your aunt sounds awesome, too. Love the big bold numbers on that great bg. And your font has the same whimsical feel of the bg. Great card.
