I die cut a lot of snowflakes from watercolor paper to start and then used matte gel medium to attach them to the ornaments. Once that was dry, I painted them black. Then added the rest of the colors (light gray, white, light blue). This took most of the day to do. For a last layer, I sprayed them with glitter for a bit of sparkle and shine. I tied iridescent ribbon on the tops and they were finished.

Those look beautiful, Catherine. The sparkle and iridescent ribbon really make them special. I made one this year - I didn't re-read the tutorial before I started and I spent time painting all my four remaining baubles black BEFORE doing anything else. So only one got finished. Go you!
