Merry Christmas, my dear friends. I hope Santa was good to you all. We've had a wonderful and magical Christmas and my boys got everything they wanted. Spoiled brats. They slept later than I expected, so I was able to play along with both challenges with this card for my brothers ex-wife. Her birthday is on New Year's Eve. For texture I used texture paste and glittery EP through my PFS school of fish stencil. I bought these mermaid and fish stamps over the summer, so I decided to finally use them in front of my fun fishy background. Not enough texture, so I used my crimper for a little extra texture behind the sea scene. Added a speech bubble using my favorite speech bubble die. Also used my perfect pool water stencil for a watery look at the bottom of the ocean floor. It was really fun to make!

This is so much fun! I love the shimmery textured fish! I think the pool water stencil is the coolest thing! Your card is so warm and sunny it almost makes me forget it's cold outside!

I think this card is a bit fishy...I mean who has a fish stencil except you. LOL. This adorable and so fun to see this "tropical" scene in December. Your ex SIL will adore this for sure. Hope the gifts the boys got included more art supplies for their future card making. Still waiting for Desmond's personal SCS page, Glad you had a wonderful day. Hugs.

not sure how I missed this, but wow, Jenn! This one has it all. Color, texture, sparkle, and a cast of characters swimming swimmingly! Your vivid work is such fun.
