I needed some sympathy cards so I thought I'd look at today's Ways to Use it Challenge for inspiration and I'm so glad I did!
Sabrina wants us to Serve it Up and has several techniques provided for using napkins on our cards.
I went with the video Glittered Napkin Technique where you adhere the napkin piece to a panel of cardstock, ink over the napkin with Versamark and clear emboss it. see video here:
Luckily, I have a Xyron machine so I could get adhesive on a piece of cardstock easily. Then I carefully layered the napkin over the panel and pressed over it with a bone folder to be sure it was all smooth.
Then I pressed my Versamark ink pad over the napkin and clear embossed it.
I die cut the panel with a pierced edge frame die, layered the outside frame onto the card with foam dots and adhered the center piece inside the frame.
This has such a great texture and nubby shiny look.
I have a drawer full of napkins so I ended up making 4 cards for today's challenge using this method!

I do like your old-fashioned candelabra primula, nice for a sympathy card. Even on screen I can see some of the texture and sparkle, I'm sure it's gorgeous in real life - and then you added more texture with the great self-framing.
