Another card inspired by Pinterest. I created my version to send to Send a Smile 4 Kids.
I cut a panel of dark blue cardstock to 4x5-1/4", and stenciled on the snow with molding paste. I applied the paste over my stencil, then used a mixing bowl scraper to smooth it out. Then I set that aside to dry.
I die cut 3 snowflakes from white glitter cardstock, making sure at least one had a hole in the middle. I also die cut 2 circles from white cardstock. Once my paste dried, I adhered the circles to the lower left corner, and added a "carrot nose" cut from a scrap of orange cardstock. Before the glue dried on the nose, I slipped the snowflake over it & glued that down. I used black brads for the eyes, mouth, & buttons. I glued my other 2 die cut snowflakes & the greeting in place, and adhered the panel to a lighter blue panel that I'd mounted to a white card base.
