Theresa was one of the very first people I ever did a card for as a teapotter and I still have the card and lovely note she sent in return sitting by my computer.
I did my smooched ink on watercolor paper with some bright, cheerful DOX colors. Stamped the music score lightly in black then stamped and embossed the treble clef and sentiment for a more prominent look. I added a scattering of smaller notes, die cut a leafy banner for the the top and finished with gold sequins to add to the shimmer and shine.
I'll get this in the mail today though I know the postal system here is WAY backed up with the holidays. (maybe it will get to San Jose by New Year's . . . .

Love the sentiment with the music score. Very fun/pun message. Your bg is indeed bright and cheerful and the layout is beautiful. I am sure Theresa will smile when she sees this beauty.

Oh how very pretty this is...that gold border at the top is beautiful. I love that you remember and feel a connection with Theresa as she was your first Teaparty.
Merry Christmas Linda!
