Die cut Bazzill panel using MFT In&Out stitched rectangles did. Die cut the thanks shadow and inlaid back into the opening. This ensured that my outlined die cut was straight and in just the right place. Die cut another Thanks shadow from red glitter card stock, then cutting the word thanks from that to leave the thin, glittery outline. Set the letters aside to use on my other thank you card. Die cut the thanks from striped DSP. Layered the outline and striped letters on my inlaid layer.
Matted my focal panel with red shimmer card stock and layered onto my prepared card base and Bazill layer.
Easy peasy.
