This is the 27th card of approximately 50 hand-stitched cards created in approximately 18 months, 44of these including this one were given in a set to my Mom, who is a very talented cross-stitcher. All but 2 designs are my own, including this one. This is one of perhaps two hand-stitched cards where instead of stitching on a white base, I have chosen to use a black base, and I like how it turned out. This is one of my favorites of the hand-stitched cards, perhaps one of the top 8 hand-stitched cards of the 50. I also like how the clear sparkly crystal gems add a little flash in the few spots I put them on the Turquoise Sea embossed layer.
Thank you for taking a closer look at my hand-stitched card. When you leave a comment, know that you absolutely make my day!
Please take good care, and be safe and well especially during this unusual and difficult time.

This is phenomenal! Your stitch work on your cards really makes them a gift of the heart as well as the hands. Love the beautiful colors you used on this one.

Very dramatic and beautiful look with the black. This one just pops in your gallery. Lovely work! I'd say you should send this to yourself as it is well done!
