You should have seen all the mixed media I tried for my textured snow. First I tried embossing powder, then I tried sparkly embossing powder, and last I found some Martha Stewart flocking powder that is probably at least 6 years old. There were no directions on how to use it, but I did learn the hard way, it wasn't with versamark and a heat gun. So I ended up just gluing it on, which resulted in the lumpy glue puddles. To try to redeem this card, I added some sequins and free handed a sentiment border frame. Sometimes challenges are messy and fun, but sometimes they really don't turn out like you had envisioned it.

I always struggle with getting flock to look good, I think I've tried both Heat 'n' Stick and glue. It sure makes great texture for your cheery snowman.

Me and flock to do not get along, but I am glad you didn't give up and kept trying! Cute card, Liz, that snowman is just the cutest and I love your border. Hugz
