Ok, it is fun getting dirty fingers making cards with gesso and modeling paste, and just lots of my stuff.
I did this for the Layered Gesso Background Technique Lovers Challenge. You know for years I thought it was Try a New Technique! Was it ever? LOL I followed a tutorial that Sabrina gave us: Layered Gesso Background
I also did this for this week's color challenge and for our Alpha I for Island challenge. They just seemed to all go together.
Thanks for looking.

I love your coral colours against those beautiful sea shades. And I like your sentiment.
It started out as Technique Lover's - hence the TLC keyword. Somewhere along the way it became Try a New Technique, but the keyword stayed the same. It's almost impossible, at this stage, to come up with a new technique each week; for some time Judy and I had been revisiting older techniques on the first Monday of each month (Everything Old Is New Again)- but this year we reverted to TLC and it took a lot of the stress out!

Wow Sharon, I'm impressed!!! You did an awesome job of combining all these challenges! I know this one was an easy one for you because your favorite color is blue! You did a dynamite job of creating an ocean scene with your gesso, you need to teach me a new trick! Wink, wink! Love ya my friend! TFS
