Pat is our Teapot Tuesday hostess this week, and you can find out what what her challenge is HERE and why we are sending our cards to Bill. I wish I had Star Wars or Star Trek, but I didn't, so I went with the fact that Bill likes dogs, and for my lift element, decided to make a pull-up card (TLC600 ~ Pull-Up Card. It's probably four years since I last made one! I used white card for my base and covered it with some random DP. All my dogs are from Katzelkraft, coloured with Polychromos. The two on the front are fussy-cut, the one on the inside is stamped straight on the pull-up piece. Sentiments are from TH Dog Talk. I used a Spellbinders ribbon tag and some ribbon on the front. Unfortunately I couldn't position it to cover the little magnet which is what you can see on the inside view - there's one on the back of the tall dog's head to hold the flap closed.

I'm impressed with the pull up card. And how fun for Bill when he lifts the flap and sees another friend. These dogs are humourous but decidedly masculine, so they are a great choice for him. Fun, fun card.

I just love the expressions on those adorable dogs! I have no doubt that this will bring a smile to Bill's face!!
