We are celebrating Gayle(gl1253) this week. She has a lovely gallery. Congrats Gayle! I chose this card to case- Fifth Avenue Floral by gl1253 at Splitcoaststampers
Changed it to a winter scene. Took the embossing folder and embossed with cheap watercolor paper. It got away on me....I was only going to do the deer like she had the one bloom. The watercolor spread, so tried to save it by doing all the scene. The paper embosses well, but doesn't absorb . Added shading with a graphite pencil and snow with acrylic paint. TFL

Linda, It seems you think this isn't a gorgeous card since you have a couple mishaps. I think your happy mistakes makes this an incredibly beautiful scene. I think it needs to be framed. XO

Your snow scene is beautiful! I so admire those who can watercolor. I try but...well. Know any good watercolor tutorials? Thanks for looking at my gallery.

I would say you saved it in a grand way. Sometimes, things we didn't intend to do turn out to be beautiful and this one is one of those.

Oh my gosh, Linda, this is sooooo pretty! Great deer, fab trees and awesome scene. Beautiful case.
My inks get away from me on everything I do - my lack of patience doesn't blend well with my techniques - lol! Hugz
