I stamped the Kitty on the card base, colored it with Copics and then cut around the bottom of the image so I could tuck the DP in under the cat. I added the cut off whiskers back with a fine black liner pen and shaded some folds into his blanket. Then stamped the greeting and because I thought the white was too stark on the top I shaded with blending brushes around the Kitty with yellow. After all we are sending Sunshine! The kitty for some reason looks more tan in the picture, he is more gray IRL. And he is on his way to Rosy when the mail goes out tomorrow.

Pat, this is wonderful. I love all the cute kitties and they are what I have, but I remember Mothermark had a realistic stamp like this and I always liked it. Anyone who is a cat lover would find it impossible to resist such a sweet expression. Your sponging around the top is fabulous and gives such a warm glow.

Pat, this is fantastic! I would never think to make this kitty lying down. It would be peeking around a corner to me, but it is just adorable lying down and sending sunshine and hugs to Rosy! Faved!

Adorable kitty stamp and love the layout you have designed. The yellow sponging really does feel like sunshine and it makes your great kitten and your coloring shine. Wonderful card.
