I'm sending this Fairy Kitten along with some paper hugs to this week's Tea Party recipient. Rosy loves kittens and the beach so I hope this feels beachy kitty to her.
Printed and colored the image then die cut the first frame around the image. It's hard to see in the photo, but I did add Wink of Stella to the wings.
The constant barrage of glitter paper by Jennifrann finally wore down my resolve and I ordered my first ever sheets of the stuff. Don't tell her, but I really am loving the look. I picked this piece as the bg because it reminded me of the color of a tropical ocean. I also die cut the sentiment from the paper and stacked it four times.
The kitten was originally squared off straight, but somehow when I was playing around, it moved itself to an angle. I guess it thought it looked better and I did too, so the frames got angled and the sentiment remained straight.
I love the idea of a "Fairy Godmother/Kitten" and I hope this sweetie grants Rosy all her wishes. My wish for Rosy is that this card makes her smile. My wish for you is that you find something smile-worthy in your life today too. TFL.

That is the sweetest looking kitty ever! And I'm loving the glitter paper....I never used it either until a year or so ago on holiday cards...it really does take things up a notch. I love the pale blue.

Oh, this kitty is just the sweetest. I like the idea of your glitter paper in that color. Just right for the beach she loves. Your sentiment looks great in layers. I'm sure this is going to be a winner with the recipient.

I am smiling so much, I adore your little fairy kitten. Actually, he reminds me of the illustrations in one of my many books about cats - this one was about a rescue kitten. This is so sweet and beautiful.
