Congratulations to our newest Featured Stamper. Leslie has a wonderful gallery and in keeping with this time of year I chose this card to case in her honour today. https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/g...tby=v&way=desc
The stamping is very dense on the image but I managed to add a little red to the hat with a marker. Colouring the holly leaves in the hat didn't show up - instead, added 3 pearls coloured with a red Copic marker. Put ribbon around the card front securing under the image. Popped up the frame with foam pads, finishing with a bow.
My changes: A different Santa, changed square to an oval, and added a bow in place of the snowflake.
Enjoy your week in the limelight Leslie

Sandie, what a great case of Leslie's card. I actually like that the red is so muted on the hat. I love the vintage Santa image and how it pops on the all white card base. The red ribbon is the perfect touch.

I love the textured paper you used. A very clean card with the pop of red with the pearls on Santa's hat and the bow. Love that bow, I can't make a bow without using a bow maker thing, and then it still take me forever to make it look good.
