This is for today's IC: Hello Lucky! and yesterday's first VSN-toilet paper embossing. I have a hard time believing I've never done this before. I used to have some clay molds that I would pack with a slurry of wet paper pulp, made a few ornaments back in the day. Not sure where those molds got to but this is more fun and much easier. I bet you could also use a stencil if you used enough shims.
I followed the directions; I don't buy 2 ply, soft tissue; I don't have a septic but I just feel like I use it too fast. I think I could have used another layer but it really worked well. I also tried some cheap paper towel (can't waste money on disposables) and that worked well too. In about 15 minutes, I made 5 backgrounds.
The image is inspired by CeeCeeCreations. She has been doing some videos of easy Christmas cards. I love her work, her voice, her videos. I made four of them, this one was my favorite (I had already created them so all I had to do was make the tp background). I added a filet of holographic cs, just to create a little interest. Thought about adding some sequins, no, wasn't feeling it. This is what inspired me for the IC: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/1618549856173979/
Thanks for a fun first VSN, Misti!

Oh, wow! This is stunning. I love the silver and gold tree! The embossing is beautiful. I agree, I love CeeCee's videos. Her voice is a pleasure to listen to and she is so very talented!

This is terrific, Jean! Your tp bg turned out perfectly & I love your Christmas tree. TP is in short supply again, sheesh! I thought we'd gotten past this, but all the stores around here had NOTHING in the paper supplies areas.
