Dina's MIX challenge today is Stencil Embossing. There is nothing I would have liked more than to get messy and make something more MIXed, but alas, the forum upgrade is still in the wings so I am allowing extra time for staging a couple of upcoming challenges. Therefore I made a quick card using leftovers, but to ensure I'm properly MIXed, I added Liquid Pearls (which are acrylic) and Stickles.
From my recent Shadowed Stencilling TLC, Anita mentioned the great tip of using the stencil to create a print afterwards - so I ran mine through the Big Shot before cleaning it. (The sandwich that works for me is a sheet of felt on top of the bottom plate, then the paper, then the stencil, then the top plate).
The sentiment was cut from glitter card. The solid flowers were left from my Triple Cube card, the stamped ones from my July TLC which was the Baby Wipe technique. And the leaf was cut from wrapping paper. I tried to add a butterfly, but it didn't look right. Stickles in the centres of all the small embossed flowers in the stencils, and Liquid Pearls in the die-cut ones.
Plan A had been to add some tropical birds, but as I mentioned, I need to allow extra time to do battle in the challenge forums.

A beautiful birthday card, Sabrina. Your background is absolutely gorgeous and yet doesn’t detract from your three-dimensional floral bouquet in the foreground.
