It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...Suzy gave the Creative Card Chicks a special challenge for November using treasures from our stashes. She asked us to make a Christmas card using an image with a Christmas theme with an animal in it. She also gave us two card sketches to use as a template for our design. We had to use one embellishment as well.
I put on my thinking cap and remembered I had this cute pup image...so fitting as both of my kids have new puppies this year. I dug through my papers and treasures and came up with these festive papers...and then looked at my choice of layouts and came up with this card. I antiqued the sentiment and the edge of the card in Old Olive ink from SU to give it a little depth. Now I need to make a few more!
Thanks Suzy for the fun challenge!

This is so stinkin' cute!!! I love it!!! I love your coloring! Your stripes for your background look great....with the same stripe color beginning and ending.
