2020 Blitz2 Die Cut Relief Peace

For Dini's Falliday Fest Tutorial #2 - Die Cut Relief challenge.

I layered die cuts and dimensional silver snowflakes on a water color paper panel. Brushed over everything with Matte Medium, brushed over panel with Manganese Blue Hue paint, then Burnt Sienna over the raised and open bits, then Titanium white brushed lightly over the panel.
