This is my card for Kelly's challenge to do twine inlay. I have never done that before.
If you look closely, you'll see that under the snowflake die cut is navy/white twine covering that opening. I did that one first and then the jolly with the red/white twine. After finishing, I decided that it looked too busy with both colors of twine so inserted the die cut snowflake to tone it down a little.
After die cutting the banner, I added a number of red sequins and then called it done.
