I didn't choose any particular tape from the site, but was just inspired to use the washi tape I have which I seldom use(except to hold down dies, etc) I saw a very similar card on Pintrest, but the candles were done differently. I thought washi tape would be perfect.

Sallie, you and I use our washi tape the same way, so when I buy it I look for cheap and not necessarily a particular pattern. I love this design and that gorgeous blue!!

Just awesome candles, Sallie. I use some of my Washi tape (ones I don't
really care for) for taping down my dies, too. Really handy. This is a
really creative card.
