Ohhh, prefect challenge for today, I want to send a card to a lady in my Asian Art group. Her husband had to have a huge back surgery, and she spent every minute at the hospital, then at rehab, and then taking care of him at home. He could not get up and go to the bathroom alone, so she was not getting much sleep- plus doing all of the house work and oputdoor work as well- I was so worried about her. He has improved significantly and she is finally getting some rest- this card is her- and hoping they have a better 2021!!!
I die cut the Asian bird in Copper matallic cardstock. I measured and put a white cardstock behind the die, and ran it through the Xyron. I placed the diecut back into the open space and filled in the open spaces with translucent white glitter.
The background is done with the Monday TLC- Alcohol Ink Marbling.

Shelly, this is amazing...im so impressed with your Asian art study and creation. You're a good friend to her, quite the difficult time for them. BTW, last week's MIX where we had to tell a story, you asked if it was a real story...yes it was my story. Since the card is for my daughter's 39th birthday, I thought I'd tell the story of her birth.
