I know Lydia's challenge was to be a card in itself, but I thought it would make a terrific background technique. Today's WT offered that opportunity. Except for the die cut pine branches, the rest was #140 cold press watercolor paper....including the cardinal. He was stamped on watercolor paper, cut out and watercolored.

Lovely card Sallie! You're right, Lydia's challenge technique does make a wonderful background. Your cardinal looks right at home in his piney snowstorm!
