I cased this layout from one of the SS magazines. To make the envelope I embossed the nails in Clear EP on white printer paper and sponged over it in Bordering Blue. The wood pieces are extra-thin strips from a wood project I was working on. The holes for the brads were punched with a 1/16" hole punch and set through the Bordering Blue cardstock. I finally got to use the brown plaid paper from the spring mini.
This was a very time-consuming card - stamping and embossing the envelope, distressing the brown, cutting out the tools and adhering the wood pieces.

Thanks for the full description - I honestly thought the white nails were the result of sanding down whitecore paper with real nails underneath! The time spent sure paid off, it's worth it!

But it is so worth it! This is adorable. Is the wood basket reed? I have often thought about using it but thought it might be to thick! Another great card! ~tfs
