I die cut the shapes of the pine branch and the pinecones, then free handed the watercoloring of them. Added some white acrylic and then spattered the whole panel with "toothbrush snow".

So pretty, Sallie. I like the sage color for your bg and the way you kept it simple. Beautifully colored pine cone and branch. Lovely subtle snow splatters~

Gorgeous card, Sallie! I love the plaid that you created - perfect size and color for the lovely pine branch. Your watercoloring is fabulous on the pine branch - it looks so dimensional! IMF

Love the pinecones/pine. Such a beautiful plaid in the color you did and your gold touches made it so elegant. Gorgeous card, Sallie.

Oh my goodness, STUNNING coloring and shading on the pinecone and needle branch--I love pine cones, and this is done with exquisitely beautiful coloring--it looks like you hand-drew it yourself. Well, your work is WONDERFUL as always! How you have achieved the snow on top of the needles is wonderful, with the great 3D viewpoint that just blows me away. Having the muted colors in the plaid for a background balances the focal image beautifully. How I appreciate learning so much simply from looking at your artwork, thank you!!!
Absolutely, this HAS to be in my favorites, and I am HOPING to be able to list this stunningly beautiful piece of art in my Favorites of the Week if we are able to have it. I know that everyone involved is doing all that they can and more and I appreciate it.
Be safe and healthy. Sending blessings and best wishes,
