I hope this is glittery enough for the challenge, I used a technique I've just seen called black ice!
rub a black ink pad over silver or gold foil to make faint lines, dry then stamp over the top, dry and then wipe over with embossing ink and use clear embossing powder over the top, it does look icy in real life.
I stamped the flowers and added glitter glue.
