I have found a new love....Brutus Monroe! Actually it's an It and not a He. It's a company new to me and I'm hooked. Lazily searching through their treasures I came upon some exciting stencils and (surprise!) PAPERS...my obsession. UNIQUE papers! The one I used here for the sunset is from their Glamour Gloss Stock collection. This color is called Tuscan Sun, an 80 lb. coverstock that is a very unique prism toned paper (I'm quoting them on that) available in an assortment of colors. I just Tingled when I saw them. They seem to have a slightly deep (can "deep" be "slightly" deep?...I shall mull that over) dimensional experience to them that changes it's dimensions as you move it in your hands. (I sound like I know what I'm talking about.) You can kind of see into them. I plan on getting several more colors. So Exciting!!! They also have other unique papers. They probably can't be really called "papers" because they are, I believe, a type of plastic. They have some type of holographic look to them, sort of like shattered glass, plus a few other patterns. I get shivers.
I just noticed the white CS I used for the card kind of looks a little bloated on it's sides. I wonder why. It's actually a perfect rectangle. I guess I'll never be a master photographer. I may be looking a little bloated on the sides too. Maybe it's catching. Mine can be blamed on Culver's vanilla malts........size SMALL....every two and a half weeks.....on the dot...no judgements please. I've been told admitting it is half the battle. I lost 60 lbs. from the cancer, but gained back 7. I could probably stand to lose about 10 more, but if you can't have a special favorite to look forward to can you REALLY be happy. They did say I would gain some back. I'm happy with me now. I'm alive.
Thanks for listening to my ramblings and mild diet grumblings. Have a great properly distanced Thanksgiving!!!

Gorgeous card! It is so striking with the bright red/orange/yellow coming through the black silhouette die cut. I enjoyed reading your description too. (Have you tried Culver's yummy shrimp to go with your malt?) : )
