My card for Susie's (susie australia) Teaparty for Sammy, Sending Smiles to Sammy. Check out the link to read about Sammy's story.
I followed the directions in the Tent Card tutorial to make my first-ever Tent Card. Such a fun card to make, I don't know why I haven't tried this one before!
I stamped all the images on the sketch pad paper with either Archival or Memento ink, and colored them with the colored pencils. Fussy-cut them out, and created the scene! My boy doesn't have a Beagle, but his Dalmation is his loyal friend, so I hope they both bring a smile to Sammy's face!

Great job on your first tent card. That toothy-grinned sun is so fun. Love the vintage feel of that cute guy with his best friend and how they are running across the hill. I'm sure Sammy will feel the same when he gets this. I'm sure he can't wait to be out playing with friend too.

What a fun treat for Sammy. Liz this looks like it has stepped out of the pages of a vintage storybook. It is impossible to look at this creation and not smile. I'm glad you liked doing the tent fold, I mucked mine up, but looking at your I can see where I went wrong. Thanks Liz!

They are a fun and easy for, for sure. I'm glad you enjoyed trying it out. It makes a great scene for your little boy running in a park or wherever. Fun to have a Dalmatian, one doesn't see very many of them in real life. Your sun is brilliant.
