This collage card is for little Sam who is going through a tough time. I thought that some aliens and animals from Oz could drop in to say hello. I didn't do a tent topper card but hey the plane and cockatoo are hanging off the top lol.
I was going to make my own car but time isn't on my side today and I remembered I had a collage book and surely there would be cars and dogs in there. There were and a little red car too. Sam loves cars and red. No beagles but this little Scotty dog looks as though he's quite able to drive this little car.
Washi tape added as a border and then I had fun raiding the poppets' stash and found this cute aeroplane and decorated it with stickers and wooden Aussie animals. Die cut the sentiment and name. Added twine and googly eyes and done.
I took inspiration from our 7 year old DGD's art and collages where she uses lots of stickers to create a scene.
I think I may have reverted back to my inner child today.

It does look like you had fun creating this and I am sure Sam will have just as much fun eyeing it all. Lots of fun images here, but that scottie driving the car is the best. So fun.

Ahhh Jayney, I am so glad you brought your inner child to play. What a fabulous collage for Sammy, I can imagine him pointing to all the different animals and aliens. The dog driving the car is a hoot! Stay cool my west coast mate.

What a cool card, Jayne. I'm glad you remembered your collage book. The personalised plane and the little aliens are super-fun. I like the cheerful tape border, and the little animals will be a big hit, I am sure.
