How can one little CAS card cause so much trouble? It baffles the mind.
Years ago, I had seen a piece of framed artwork at Hobby Lobby that was a splash of "watercolor" with a love arrow horizontally across it. I thought it would make a nice card, so I snapped a pic. Some time later, I was at a stamp show and found this love arrow die from IO and it reminded me of that card.
Fast forward to now when I needed a quick anniversary card. I thought "CASEing" that artwork with a heart instead would be the perfect choice. And then the headaches started. A2 landscape - no. A2 portrait - worse. 4.25" square, uh uh. 5" square, still uh uh, but bigger. Inlaid, not inlaid, soft gold, shimmer gold, yellow gold... well, you get the picture.
I finally ended up with this version - 3.5" x 5". Feels like the right amount of white space, but truthfully? I still am just "meh!" about it.
It was just one of those days. It happens.
TFL.

I love your CAS textured, glittery, shiny heart and heat embossed arrow design, my friend. Maybe if you set it aside for a day or so then you will love your beautiful card too:-) TFS Debbie...Love and Hugs...Nancy

My feelings are just like yours when I'm trying to make a CAS card. When I finish it, to me it's just "meh", but that's the magic of CAS - what's meh to you is drop dead gorgeous to others.
BTW, Your card is in the drop dead gorgeous category.
