Blending 3 challenges: Jen's Orange CAS, Gracie's reflective 2020 Open Your Eyes Teapot request & Jayne's Scary/Spooky themed challenge. I have never considered myself a big TV watcher but now that DH is retired, he has had the "Boob Tube" on a lot! Very scary reports and I cannot be in the room too long. I used a TV stamp to frame 3 postage stamps that to me, reflect the news of 2020. It's truly been a Twilight Zone as we have all become Lone Rangers and it certainly has been a Dragnet! I chose this orange origami sheet paper to represent the airwaves. Did you see the teeny tiny Eames TV, ghosted in the bg? They were stamped in light gray and clear embossed. The sentiments were also embossed. The large TV's have scraps of acetate for screens and gold cording for antenna. Tiny knobs were enhanced with StazOn glaze dimension. Stamped the black Eames chair on a label, embossed and fussy cut it out. All was framed in black and placed on an orange card. May we all see better days soon.

That bg paper is enough to really give you buggy eyes! I can hear the Twilight Zone theme right now...and it is perfect for this past year. I've been watching too much tv as well. Clever card!

Genius, neighbor!!! Those postage stamps are pure magic and so perfect for your TV screen. Of course the wavy dp has me doing the 'swim'. I so love this and must confess stamp envy with the Eames lounge chair complete with ottoman! It's been far too long since we've stamped together...

I've heard of the Twilight Zone, but am not familiar with it. The Lone Ranger I do recognise. What great stamps, they make fantastic TV pictures (and I love the gold cord for the antennae). Cool origami paper - I think DH might have some like that.

So cool, Lori! You had the best paper for this and I loved your write up using the tv. shows to describe how it all is for everyone. I think you had a lot of fun making this. Love the antennae!

Awesome, Lori. I don't watch the news anymore, as I've told you. I keep informed by reading what I want to, skimming if necessary. I love all your images and the mid century stuff.

Lori, fantastic creation! I loved your description and all the detail and thought that went into this card. I do remember all of those TV programs. I loved The Twilight Zone, even though it seems so hokey now. Such wonderful creativity!
