Watercolour technique was quite simple but I struggled to get dark enough colour for clouds to show. Proper water colour paints are on my Christmas list.

I love your card, Janine, and I know what you mean about the darkness of the ink. It really needs to be dark. I kept putting down more paint to get mine dark enough. I have a Christmas list with paints, too.

Like this one too, Janine. Great idea for your Christmas list. Watch some videos on mixing colors. Kia helped me out when I was looking for ideas on what paints to buy.

I love your card! It is hard to make the clouds without the right paints, I bought cheap water colors and now wish I would have saved the money for better quality ones. The star in the clouds does help to bring them out some and it looks really pretty!
