I watched the video for our Watercolour Challenge then settled on my card. I used the tissue technique, but added in white watercolour for texture on my clouds. Stamped the tree scape using Paradise ink from VersaFine Clair making several passes to get a good impression on the Arches paper. I did not add a sentiment, but I will probably use it for a Winter card. A fun challenge today, I hope you will join us.

Kia, this is just gorgeous! Lovely use of the paints and brushstrokes and such a striking color blue! I loved that in the video - you cant go wrong with cerulean!

I can feel the chill in those clouds - adding the white made the blue tones become the shadows and undertones while still keeping the wispy look. The blue trees really do give this whole card a feeling of winter.
