This rectangle was the first piece I made for Lydia's MIX challenge last week, but I got a smear of ink in the open white space. I didn't want to toss it, and those angled bits of purple on the left called for having a flower stamped over them, so I made this last night in an effort to stave off yet another early bed. I stamped two or three different flowers, and used the roots of a tree for the grass. I tried adding a little hedgehog but he lost so much detail that you couldn't tell what he was, so I added the rabbit, cut from part of the piece of card that I had sponged in an effort to balance out the original stray streak. He has some Liquid Pearls on his tail - interesting, even after a layer of microglaze and a layer of Nuvo Drops, the white Liquid Pearls still took up a bit of colour. I distressed the edges and added Stickles. Stamped the sentiment, added a star cut from the glitter layer and some tiny star confetti.
The base is embossed with Couture Creations Great Dandelion.

Always feels good to make a save and then have it turn into a Wow! The bunny tail is so cute. I did not see the bleed thru before reading your details - it really is very subtle.

Beautiful card. Love the little bunny with his cotton tail. All the the liquid pearls, etc. added the perfect texture to make it look just like a cotton tail. The pinks in your panel is gorgeous and I love that you saved by creating this wonderful scene. Wonderful.
