In the book I am currently reading, a chapter I read last night was about crab-eating raccoons in South America, and had a sweet illustration which made me want to pull out this stamp and ink it up. Seeing Anne's sweet CC card of a rat juggling autumn leaves gave me the inspiration to give Rocco a leaf to carry, and from there I went with the embossed leafy background. I inked the watercolour piece with antique linen, then stamped and embossed Rocco. I coloured the embossing folder with gelatos, spritzed the watercolour piece with water and ran it through the Big Shot. I rubbed some metallic rub-ons round the edges in places, and added my extra Rocco, stamped on thin watercolour paper and coloured with Inktense pencils. The leaf was cut from watercolour paper and coloured with DOX inks, then embossed with clear EP, and buffed with more rub-ons. The sentiment was stamped on a scrap of white sponged with antique linen. I used Verve banner dies, and a scrap of metallic copper for the matting layer. The main panel is matted on orange Bazzill and added to a black base. Oh - Gorgeous Grunge gave me a little ground for Rocco to stand on.
