Card for this week's MMTPT challenge - our cards are going to Margaretha who will be turning 102 this month! She loves red and yellow tulips and we are focusing on bows too. I drew my tulips and watercolored them. Then tied the bow.
My base is a watercolored embossed panel for Julie's watercoloring of embossed paper last week. I used the watercolors from my tulips to color my embossing. You can't see it very well but I colored the whole sheet and then went over with TH Distress Ink.
Card is going in the mail tomorrow when I go to town.

Talk about talent, Nancy!...you certainly have it to draw this lovely bouquet of tulips AND watercolor them so beautifully. I know your card will be appreciated and admired!

What a beautiful bouquet you drew. Wish I could do that. Yellow tulips are my favorite and yours look fabulous mixed with the red. Love what you did with the watercolor challenge from last week. A winning card for this lady.
