For today's sketch challenge I dug in my recycled stamped images- found this cute chick and this daisy- used a sponged daisy background from my stash- and added a hand lettered greeting. My vertical stripe is a lime green dotted washi tape.

Great use of washi tape! I'm "stealing" your trick, if you don't mind. And what a great idea to sponge the embossed background. It picks up the pattern and sets off your punched daisy.
