Kia gave us a challenge this week with watercoloring an autumn scene. Watching this great video, the project was very enjoyable to do. I did both scenes. The one thing about watercoloring...if you don't like something, just wet it and dab it off with a tissue or paper towel. Really enjoy the mixing of the colors. I didn't make a card with them, decided to frame them for my craft room. Hope you can join us this week and give this challenge a try. Thanks for looking.

Oooo - they are both beautiful Linda. What a great idea to frame them for your craft room. I should have thought about that as they do have my colours in them.

I love that you are going to put yours in your art room! I decided to leave off a sentiment in mine for now and I might keep mine as well! I love both of your scene! Your dangling branch is stunning and I really like how you did the softer leaves at the top. Beautiful!

The markings on your mountains are just beautiful and I love that I can even feel some cloud banks in your yellow sky to compliment the flow of the branch in the foreground. Beautiful perspective on your forest scene. The intensity of your close-up trees makes the fade away trees in the distance even more dramatic.
