It's FS Sunday & Nancy has chosen Jacqueline Valade, aka jacqueline. I loved looking at your gallery & chose this one. The color caught my eye first, then the lighthouse. It brought up memories of our trip to the OBX many years ago. I kept your colors & lighthouse idea. It's pretty close to your layout too. I changed:
- used a stamp instead of die cut lighthouse
- changed up a layout a bit
- no sky background
- different sentiment & I popped mine up
Thanks for your inspiration and enjoy your time in the spotlight, along with cards made in your honor.
Thanks for stopping by.

Wonderful! We went to OBX this summer for the first time. We saw the lighthouses in the distance, but didn't get a chance to visit up close. Lots of rain. Hope to go back.

Elegant and stately card that would be great for a guy....or anyone who loves lighthouses(like me), Karen. Like how you left the stamped image as a line drawing.

Love the simple black and white contrast on this Karen. Do you know, I've lived in NC for over 25 years and still have not been to the Outer Banks? Crazy, I know. I guess because I live in Wilmington, near the beach, I figure it's pretty much the same landscape so why bother. One of these days I'll venture up there. Likely in the off season. Thank you so much for the crafty love. I'm glad you were able to find some inspiration in my gallery.
