I chose the pretty Autumn Beauties Sunflower fabric. I used a smooshed watercolor BG, but instead of embossing some leaves (like in the fabric BG), I decided to emboss with the sunflower die, then place the actual die cut flower off to the side just a bit. The sentiment was stamped and the panel placed on a cocoa bean card base. Here's the pretty fabric that inspired me. https://www.fatquartershop.com/autum...lowers-yardage

Thanks for sharing this technique....looks great and gives it nice texture. Your bg is really lovely, like the soft billowy feel to it. Outstanding card. TFS

All that was needed was a pretty bg panel for this simple die-cut sunflower, Sue, and you were good to go! Love the way you added some embossing with the same sunflower~

I really like the way you offset the die and the cut flower. Wonderful Fall birthday card!!
