Fun watercolor technique, I've chosen for a brick wall EF for this one, and used DOX to paint with water, once dry I've sponged slightly with black ink over the white bricks, die cut the flowers and cat (2 layers one in black for the shadow), no sentiment yet...

Amazing look with the whitewashed brick wall. I have seen many walls that look like that over the years - I could never figure why someone would paint over brick?? as it always seemed to wear away unevenly just as you showed us here. Great use of a watercolored embossing.
