My 2020 words were 'see more clearly.' It has been more difficult than planned because of the foggy, muddy year we have endured.
I am taking Heather Telford's watercolor class online; I'm learning to look at watercolor and colors in general differently. Here is my inspiration by Anastasiia: https://www.reshot.com/photos/8B144a_rs_8B144a
In this lesson, we were to use one color of ink with lots of water to create a bokeh background with one stamp, starting with a very foggy background, moving the ink around and gradually stamping with less and less water. I used the same ink she did; secondary colors will often separate into other shades and hues. I think my wc paper isn't the greatest so I didn't get as much movement as she did. I really enjoy taping the edges and getting a border for the wc. Gray is one of the colors the green separates into, along with a little yellow, so I stamped the simple sentiment in gray. Added some dew drops for water droplets.

Beautiful card. I love Heather's work. Didn't realize she did online classes. I have always hoped to travel to Canada to take one of her classes! Way to go!!

This is so elegant and how delightful the dewdrops are!
