definitely a technique that's going to take practice. I completely lost my image in the painting. I managed to salvage the three leaves on the left
The rest I ended up freehand. The purple circle covers a huge blob of dark green. I will need to try this again with a different style of image.

I'm seeing all your leaves . . . Perhaps what you're looking for is a bit more definition . . . . It looks like you may have stamped the image in either green or something lighter for a no-line effect. Perhaps try stamping the leaves in black as that may give you the clarity your hoping for. Personally, I think this looks just fine and the soft, somewhat muted look for a sympathy card works fine here.

This looks like spring to me! A breath of fresh air when a long summer has done it's damage to the GA leaves! Such a soothing sympathy card! Beautiful!

I see pretty leaves all over. I had a go at this about three times before I was happy with mine. Glad you stuck with it and made a very pretty sympathy card.

You have done a great job on a first go around. You are so right, this technique takes practice, but once you get it, it becomes second nature. This is the perfect stamp choice for this kind of technique. Well done.
