This will go to today's teapot recipient, Anne's cousin Marion who like flowers.
I used an ancient border punch to cut the double heart edge then die cut a scalloped oval from the same piece. Sponged around the edge of the oval with my palest ink for a barely there shadow then stamped & embossed the sentiment. Punched oodles of flowers from assorted scraps of cardstock and added white Nuvo drops to the centers. - Lots of gluing and finished with some Lime stickles for a bit of sparkle & shine. . . . I 'm hoping there's no such thing as "TOO many" flowers cause I kinda got carried away this morning . . .lol

I love your pretty frame of flowers and you've got extra cookies, stamping, oval, layers

Beautiful card and such a happy one too. I think it's all the little flowers you so painstakingly cut and glues. They look fabulous and, no, there are not too many. I think sponging your scallop oval was brilliant. It's subtle but it really stands out. The double heart scallop is great with that wonderful sentiment. I agree with DonnaJeanne, it almost steals the show. Fabulous card.

I love every flower! This is something I am terrible at--arranging die cuts or punches. I love your arrangement here and I admire the time it must have taken to glue down each piece! Such a lovely card, Linda!
