Laughter is the best medicine! The inside says "You cured yet?"
This card is based on an old store bought get well card that I got such a kick out of. It had a group of pigs on a farm with this saying on the front. So I just CASED it with my favorite Paper Smooches pig and a bunch of masking. Then I stamped the Lawn Fawn barn in the background and drew in some rolling farmland. A practically one layer card. Now how to make it mixed media? I kept the pigs masked and sponged Vintage Photo and Ground Espresso DOX ink for a muddy ground and I splatterd water to give it some texture. Then I colored the pigs, ground, and barn with markers. I grabbed one of my kids' crayons to color the sky and then finger painted some white acrylic clouds. Desmond came in and took the photo for me and squealed about how cute this was. I agree. I love this card.

I'm squeeling, too, Jen. I just want to pick one of these little porkers up and hug away. A bright and cheerful darling coloring book style card with such an awesome 3-D sky!
