How do you improve on perfection? That's my problem today. Two years ago I made this card for a friend of a friend that she is still raving about as the best card ever. How do I ever make her another birthday card? And now she is a cardmaker herself (an SU demo). Oh the pressure. Thank goodness for Cathy and her fun challenge today. My angle is a laser show for these rocking unicorns. This was fun to make. I marked three dots across the bottom of the black panel and drew lines across the card and out from those dots to make an awesome laser light show behind the unicorns. I couldn't decide what to make their stage with, so I went online and found a silhouette of a cheering crowd and made a cut file for my ScanNCut. It came out awesome and I will definitely be using this one again. I sponged a bit of Tumbled Glass across the bottom of the laser panel to set it off from the crowd and glued and popped my unicorns on. Then I popped up the crowd with the embossed sentiment. I hope she liked this card almost as much as she liked the last one.

Your friend is bound to love her card, Jen! Your creativity never ceases to amaze me...love the cut file crowd cheering at the performing unicorn rock band! Great take on the challenge!

This card ROCKS! Those rockin' unicorns are fab; the laser light show is amazing and that crowd is screamin' hot! What a great card for your friend. But, I agree with Polly...David Grohl v. rocking unicorns...I'm not sure which will win.

I don't know what the last card looks like but I bet this one tops it because this one is so awesome! Super fun and creative. I love those rocking unicorns!

Those unicorns are amazing. So is your light-show behind them, totally fantastic. I am quite sure your friend will love this just as much as the other one. (I posted Jorge's card without a postage stamp on Wednesday and it still hasn't come back to us, so I still don't know whether he liked it. Sigh...I even had national postage stamps in my purse that morning, but I'd let go of it in the mailbox before I realised).
