For my card I used some new mini gel plates that come in shapes. These were attached to an acrylic block and then used as normal....I applied paint with a brayer and then stamped the shape onto an old book page. I then used the same shape and first put down a stencil and once again stamped with the plate that had more paint on it. The words were masked using small strips of post it paper. I followed this technique from the Gelli Arts Blog.
This is also another entry in Sandee's DTGD challenge...;)

So much goodness in this card. I love how you masked some words. All your vibrant colors and patterns are fantastic. I've saved this one to my favorites!

What a super fun card, Polly. The colors are wonderful...you have so much creativity when it comes to choosing colors. The textures are awesome. I feel like I should be howling at the moon...it is still in the 90's at 8:00 pm and the forecast is for 114 tomorrow. I am sitting in the backyard to try to cool down, but the bugs that we used to not have in Calif. are chewing on my arms.
