I used an impression plate on the panel to give some texture to it. It was adhered to the card base. The images were die cut and then stamped. After temporarily arranging the images where I thought they would look best, I used my MISTI to stamp the word "retirement". Then I glued everything down where they had been placed. Popped up the "happy" with foam tape and added a few sequins.

Love the mixed treatment on the sentiment where part of it is stamped on the main panel and the other part is die cut and popped up. A charming card for a lucky recipient.
