This week Kia's has given us a challenge to use watercolors to stamp. Using a slapstick stamp from Penny Black to do the technique. A solid stamp worked better for me. Wet the paper first and kept adding paint to the stamp. Used my misti. Finished by touching it up with the brush. Added a light wash for the bg and splatters. Stamped the sentiment on a curve of the leaf. You do need a paper that can handle a very wet surface. I will do this again. Come join us this week.

My friend - I aspire to be you !! Well to paint like you - I love how this turned out - definitely the right water to paint ratio here!! And I love how your sentiment follows the curve of the leaf
