I made this card for Nancy's Messy, Mixed and Joyful MMJ03 challenge. Such fun!
My card was the King of Hearts which I added gesso to and sponged with black ink, adding some stamped images, which you can barely see now! I put everything but the kitchen sink on this card: brads, gems, printed vellum, stickers, cookbook pieces, stickers, netting, punched star, cross charm, ribbon...I think that's it...no wait, googly eyes, too!
I was thinking of family and Covid 19 social distancing, along with face masks. It's hard to remain positive some days. I want to spend time with my family, and my new grandbaby, but it's not to be for awhile.

Hello! I love this fun playing card and sorry i missed commenting earlier! You added so many fun items and it is just full of interest. I am intrigued with it all, and wonder if the 'googly eye' went on early or late?? hahah i love googly eyes, but would never think to use them in this piece. It is inspired: )some of my MMJ projects have tons on top going on, and sometimes i just don't have the feel. it is somewhat new to me, i tried years ago, got discouraged, got rid of most of what i would call MM supplies, and now... with my limited stuff left am trying to attempt it again with all of your encouragements!!! : ) Thanks for the fun comment (you caught it Senior'ita) on my project. being (just barely) a senior and most of my friends are too... i knew my friends would love that image/sentiment.

So thoughtful and so well done. All the details make me think of all kinds of things. Wow. You are soooo good at MIX and altered cards. I LOVE this, Gracie. Hugz
